Still awaiting reversal of my excess deposite

Good Day

I am still awaiting the excess amount to be reversed on my credit card. The car was returned 2 weeks ago.

Also I must express my disappoint in tempest's staff attitude, staff were lazy and it felt like they were doing me a favour by servicing me. this was noted at the cape town airport and the city centre branches.
