Tempest Car Hire
Lost camera and no assistance to try find it

I thought I would share with all at how unhappy I am with the attitude of Tempest car hire staff. My son and brand new wife rented a car to drive from Nelspruit to Johannesburg O R Tambo after their wedding and also had the new inlaws in the car. New Father in law forgot his camera in the car, on memory card of the camera are all the photos of his only daughter's wedding and their visit to the park and subsequent wonderful experience at Nkoro. The four of them then flew to Cape Town and on arrival my son immediately phoned Tempest to tell them about camera, spoke to a Jennifer, she was not really interested to help him and he was told to phone in the morning. This morning he phoned again and spoke to Peter, he says he does not know where car is and thinks it is out, my question, are the staff plain not interested to try assist or do they just not care, somebody cleaned the car did they not, do they not understand the sadness of loosing all this precious memories?? These are French people that thought we had a wonderful country and now this attitude of the staff at Tempest is changing their opinion negatively, it is actually quite embarassing.
