Poor service and very bad workmanship

On the 21/03/2013 I sent my car have the clutch changed and they told that flywheels need to be done which cost me in the range of R 21 000. I received my car back with broken gears and no reverse. took the car back the following day now they telling me that i need to pay another money for another clutch they will give me a discount, my question is what happened to my money because i paid R21000 for it and i only took the car on Saturday closing time they don' t open on Sundays i took back the car back on Monday.
