We are driving a Jeep Cherokee 2.8 for the past two and a half years. The aftersale service we received was shocking. If we took it for a service we waited 3 days or longer to get the car back even with an appoinment - almost without exception the things we complained about was not fixed. Our sunroof do not close properly - it stil doesn't. We complained about the clutch being very difficult to manage as it is very stiff - we were told there is nothing wrong - it is just the way it is. About 6 months ago we asked for clip that holds the visor in place to be replaced as it broke - we were told the part is on backorder (I gues it still is). Our warrantee ran out a couple months back - since then - 1. we had hail damage the assessor wanted the hood replaced - in the end they had to fix it because we could not locate a new hood. 2. The clutch finally packed up - we had it fixed by another dealer (not Jeep) which replaced it, for the first time it is possible to drive without cramps in your leg and hurting your knee trying to get the clutch to the floor. 3.Last week the airflow sensor malfunctioned and again we were told - 4-6 weeks waiting. Well this is the end of my waiting game.
