IS THIS WHY I SHOULDN'T HAVE BOUGHT A JEEP???

In October 2011 I bought a new Jeep Patriot CASH- R282, 000 worth of it. The sales and promises were wonderful- and with 3, 000km on the clock (and a 4x4 instructor as driver, and a car driving 99% city tar roads) the clutch started burning I was told it is a self adjusting clutch. On 4, 000km it was taken in for a slipping clutch, and I was told it is a problem with hill start assist. On 11, 000km it went for a service and to check a slipping clutch, and I was told it is the hill start assist. On 12, 000km I had warning lights flashing and the most horrible non-existant service (far too much nonsense to fit in the allowed space!)
On 20, 000km the thrust bearing went, and the most disgusting service possible! They don't even have courtesy vehicles! Also- a thrust bearing on 20, 000km???
PLEASE!!!
The service manger said they have problems with burning clutches- since this is a factory fault I am claiming a new replacement vehicle, they want to give me a demo and make me pay for it!
Chris Van Der Merwe is the first helpful person, and sorted a lot out- he is appealing with Chrysler SA for the replacement vehicle.
