First of all, I phoned Japan Auto 5 days in a row to find out if they have the engine that we need, the price, if it is in a good condition and if it will work for the car that I have. So everything went well over the phone (well almost), I get there on Saturday and the client service is just poor I don't know if the guy that helped us in front was the manager or something but he took us through to the work shop were all the engines are just lying around and told us to wait for a guy who can help us. We started to look around on our own and someone came to help but the guy that is suppose to work there and know what he is working with I don't even think he can tell the difference from the front and back of the engine, they don't offer any help. We asked them to take a plastic cover of and they didn't even have the tools for it (i think just lazy) so we ended up just walking out. If that is the service I will never recommend anybody to them. The engines is in such bad conditions almost like their staff.
Really disappointed as they are suppose to be one of the biggest importers in South Africa.
