Beginning of Feb.2013 I bought a secondhand vehicle from Inspectacar. I went on holiday and within the first day I picked up some problems. I report it via email to the dealer and the manager (Andries) respond by telling me to send the car back so that they can fix some of the problems. That I did but after two weeks nothing really happened. I asked them to send me back my car and that I'm not gonna let it be. The salesman told me the manager recon if I want to be "hardegat" they will not help me anymore. Promeses by the salesman (Ali) and the manager to fix the car never happened. I also contact Wesbank and the dealer to cancel the purshage but neither one of the two want's to help solve the problem.
I've also picked up that the description of the vehicle on the contract that I have sign and the description on the Natis document is not the same. To me it look like Wesbank was misled by Inspectacar to finance a vehicle with a low retail value. Up to now (Two months later) not Wesbank or Inspectacar came back to me to assist me with the problem. I believe that Inspectacar need competant people to serve there clients.
