Unethical behaviou

Noticed a 2011 kombi on the floor in late November, approached the salesman and was extrememy impressed at the good condiition of the car as well as its price, which was R309 000.00. In Dec. when i had decided to purchase the vehicle I was advised that it had been sold, which is acceptable. Low and behold the same vehicle is once again on the floor, upon further investigation I was advised that the manager used the car for his annual holiday. It was customary that the personal use the cars I was informed.
Am a littlle confused as to this response, is this standard conduct in the vehicle industry. And where does this entilement arise. Well Inspectacar you just lost the sale, and I suggest that your manager purchase the vehilce which he feels so entitled to. Who in their right mind would purchase a vehicle that your staff has used at their leisure. This is crazy!!!
