NOT PAID BACK A HOLDING DEPOSIT

Bad Communication from Inspectacar Wonderboom South, i have done an APPLICATION for pre approval on a 2011 Ford Ranger Bakkie, i have been approved, i have told them the amount that I want to pay monthly, they said no problem, When i went to show my wife the car, the Contract was with them already, without asking me if i want to take the bakkie, another thing, i have ask them to Finance Tyres with the bakkies amount, without asking me again or me telling them i want to take the bakkie, they have put the new tyres on already.

I have Paid a Holding Deposit on the bakkie (R1000), after Ali & Andrew the salesman & Manager at that stage told me it WILL be paid back, if i am taking the car, if i don't get approved, or if i don't want the bakkie anymore

Now i have been phoning Andrew the salesman to sort it out for me, but nothing, we phoned the manager Ali, but is no longer the manager, we spoke to a Pieter guy who is the manager now, he was so rude to us, telling we can forget about the money, he wont pay it back to us, we said ok we will take it further, he said you are welcome to take it further, he knows people high up!!! ACTAULLY THEY ARE THIS MONEY FROM ME!
