Bad Service and Bad Workmanship

My Car went to them to get repaired after they tried to my car. I got my car back more than a month later. Never did they bother to phone regarding progress or nothing... I had to phone. Now that I have my car I have problems, call it bad workmanship! To give an example, my side mirror worked before it went to them, now it doesn't, another example, the strip on the passenger door was never fix as assessed by the assessor. These are just some of the examples... Now I am struggling to get the problems solved. Typical panel beaters!
