Extremely bad service

Outsurance took my car to Diahatshu dealership in boksburg in October 2012 for a key Ive lost. The bill came to R13800. I paid my excess of R1500. Five months later after no response from diahatshu got Julian James to fix my car for R850 and a few hours later my car was on the road. In the five months got very little feedback from the dealership on the progress of my car. They phoned me in January 2013 and said I must fetch my car because there was nothing they could do for me. At that time I was living in Cape Town and the car was in Johannesburg. When we fetched our car from them in April 2013 the bonnet could not close properly, there were scratches on the car that was not there previously, got no response from them again. No apology. They promised that they were going to refund me son=me money but a week later still no response from them. Am I going to wait another 5 months again. How is it possible that dealership can take peoples money and render no service and gets away with it. We work hard for our money and cannot just throw it away.
