Never purchase a Chrysler Product they do not care

I had the misfortune to purchase a PT Cruiser which has cost me more in repairs over the years than I actually paid for the car when it was new! I recently had a problem when driving to Umhlanga on holiday with the gears, While I was there I took the car into Umhlanga Chrysler. They told me that I needed to replace the gearbox and the flywheel. I then told them that I Grand Central Motors had replaced the flywheel just over 20, 000ks previously. When I called Grand Central they advised they will look at it, as it was just out of the guarantee. I then received a ridiculous quote from Umhlanga in the region of R80, 000.00 to repair the car, which I would not accept, and advised them that someone would collect the car. Umhlanga Chrysler then told me that (all of a sudden) the gearbox did not need replacing, and they would repair the car at a much lower cost. The car was there for SIX months waiting for the repair (they also did not supply a courtesy car, and I had to hire a car to get around). Suddenly I received an invoice for almost R40, 000.00 for repairs despite the fact that they They had replaced the Flywheel. Grand Central now will not guarantee despite the part being just over 400
