DHL by far the worst company

I ordered and paid for a package, and chose DHL to deliver as I thought they were a good company. I paid the extra R100 above other couriers, as it had a " 3 - 4 day delivery". WHAT A JOKE!!! They NEVER Follow up with anything, I have to CONSTANTLY follow up - which thankfully I did, as they wouldnt have BOTHERED to tell me that they need MORE money from me, and proof of payments etc. ITS BEEN ALMOST 5 WEEKS!!! And still no parcel. Its absolutely disgusting how bad their service is. I will NEVER use DHL EVER again. Shocking service, Shocking attitudes from the staff, and a Shocking company, a disgrace actually!
