Hyndai Elantra poor build quality

I bought an Elantra 1.8 auto and after 6 months the steering wheel started to peel off. Hyundai Springfield asked me to bring the car for inspection. a few weeks later i got my steering wheel replaced. unfortunately because of the poor material quality, 6 months on it started peeling off again. I again took it back and pics etc were taken and forms completed. That was the last i heard from them. Two months later i made followups and was transferred 9 times the first day and 7 times the second day but still no one could talk to me. I was later informed that the lady who was handling my affairs resigned and no one knows anything about my car. Word of advise to any one who is looking at buying a car: please stick to trusted brands who have been tried and tested. These Korean cars will only increase your medical bill. I am now stuck with something that i am not enjoying at all because i wanted a cheap car. The after sales service, very cheap materials are used and no one from the dealership knows whats happening to your car. I called head office and was promised that my issue will be dealt with soon. i don't know if i should believe them. only time will tell.
