Major Dealership doesn't have the parts: Booked in in advance, spoke to mechanics. Lindsay Saker was well aware of my needs. No courtesy regarding the so-called courtesy transport. waited 90 minutes. Car in all day only for me to collect it past 17:00 and in EXACTLY THE SAME CONDITION as I took it in for. apparently due to wear & tear but they don't have these commonly needed parts. Expected to pay deposit: still driving broken car! thanks for nothing
