Account debited with no authority

Please kindly advise me as to why my account was debited with an amount of R1675 for a car that i rented through Standard Bank Insurance Brokers. As far as i know they have to pay for the rental car and not me???

As far as i am aware i have paid all monies due for this vehicle that i renated and returned last week Thursday 4 April 2013, nobody from your office called me and advised me there is this amount outstanding, my account was jjust debited without my authority and i have no idea what it is for and i am not just accepting this debit!!!

Please have this matter sorted out todaym
