8 August Call and enquire about a Golf 7 GTI and send through documents for finance, 12 August We are told by Suhail Noormahomed (Owner/Dealer Principal) that finance has been approved with total invoice amount of R429990 (We have a email confirming this) we drive from Nelspruit to Pretoria to collect the car. When the contract is printed the Invoice amount is R440 580 ie there is now an additional R10 590 (ie. Suhail the DP in an email and over the phone) this was made up of a CarCareVoucher and Delivery. Total Invoice amount means something else to Manhattan Motors. It is then agreed by Suhail that on 13 August he will pay in (Do a capital reduction) to reduce the amount financed and he will settle our trade in (So as to avoid paying for a car on their floor) and send proof of payment of both amounts. Today Monday 26 August 2 weeks later nothing has been done by Suhail ie the car hasnt been settled, No capital reduction done and when you try call them the stories are different everyday and when we went to the dealership on Friday 23 August Suhail was now suddenely out of the country. If you want honesty and trustworthiness when you purchase a car stay away from Manhattan Motors
