Received car booklets

I traded in a car April 2013 with Manhattan Motors. I bought Honda Jazz 1.5 2007. Since I bought the car I did not receive the car booklets. I phone Duke almost everyday and he informs me that they forgot the books at home.

Today I phoned him and he dropped the phone and after he never answered the phone.
What I don't understand is why the books are not kept in the car or Manhattan office.! I am tired of phoning him, in addition there is no progress. I am spending a lot of money on airtime phoning him everyday.
