Terrible after sales service!

I am sure that there are those among you who have had fantastic dealings with EJX Auto but I am unfortunately not one of those. Whilst I am not one for complaining, I am appalled with the service I received from EJX. I purchased an Audi A4 Multitronic from them a little less than a month ago and have received little assistance from them with regard to repairs needing to be done to the vehicle air-conditioner and or other cosmetic repairs they agreed to undertake. The excuse given, almost a month later, is that there are no loan vehicles available.

I also fully expected to receive a spare key (which was not available on delivery of the vehicle) and was only informed a day or two after the conclusion of the sale that they would not be providing me with a spare key. The explanation was that second hand vehicles do not come with spare keys (utter rot). The after sales service has been shocking and I am now expected to, over and above the amount paid on my car, purchase my own key valued in the region of R 3 000 to R 5 000. Unscrupulous business practice.

Annoyed and would not recommend them to someone I care about.
