Day light!!!

I was robbed by a courier company... I send a Package to Secunda for R 295.00 on same day delivery! Since it was a Friday afternoon when I send the package and it was going to Secunda, the lady told me it will only arrive on Monday the 9th of April 2013. With massive disappointment I was informed that the package never arrived in Secunda on Monday!! On Phoning Post Net I just received a "sorry we failed to inform you that we only travel to Secunda on Tuesdays and Wednesday"!!! I feel robbed because I paid a substantial amount of money for a Service to be delivered in a certain day and the Supplier did not comply with the agreement!!! As a South Africans we are being over charged for everything but the service delivery we pay HIGH Rands for is up to *#! @ and A simple Sorry must suffice!!! I am tired of being taken advantage of by supplier who can NOT deliver!!!
