Incorrect details and lack of response

I have had a torrid time with Nissan and my NP 200. All communications with Nissan seem to fall on deaf ears. When you do get a response it is a computer generated email, with the incorrect information captured, which is then backed up by silence. Am I simply not shouting loud enough in the crowd?
