Worst service EVER!

On 09 April 2013 I booked my vehicle in at Bosch Alberton (OE Service Centre). They were just supposed to check why the idling on the vehicle was not correct. They only contacted me for the first time on 15 April with a quote of R 4614.60 to repair the vehicle. I agreed and they said the vehicle would be ready the next week. When I phoned the next week to arrange for collection they had a bunch of stories and said they were waiting for parts, but nobody bothered to inform me of this. From there on the same thing happened every week up until 23 May 2013! That is 44 Days!!! Eventually after walking in to the place myself to find out what is going on they sent me an Invoice for R 9 121.15! All they said is that they found more problems and had to continue, but again nobody bothered to get approval from me! It is my opinion that the only reason they took so long is because of unqualified and in-experienced staff! The only answer I got was "why do all customers complain after the car has been fixed? " This was by far the worst I have ever been treated as a customer in my life!
