I needed to submit my company expense claim but had not yet received my invoice for the car I rented at the begining of March in Maun Botswana.
I phoned Budget and was transfered to a very friendly Amanda Rose whom was able to print my invoice and email to me while I waited on the phone.

That is a first for me.
