Poor response to complaint

3 complaints later and a month has gone by. I have now had to replace sunglasses and blackberry car charger taken from my car. A gentleman contact me in December and said he would investigate and revert back. I have now placed an official complaint with my insurance company and hope this leads to them removing Renew-It from their preferred suppliers list. What should have cost me R 3 775 (my excess) cost me in excess of 10k due to and car hire due to delay in transferring my car from Edenvale to Sandton. Once again i state that it would have cost me less to have my car repaired privately (damage was 6k) than to put an insurance claim in!!!
