Typical Bad Customer Service

My car has been in at Renew IT auto body for over a month and a half. In that time, I have received one phone call from them when the explained that the parts are on back order. Since then, no calls, no updates, nothing. I have to follow up with them all the time and the phone number never works. I mean this is a customer based company and this is poor poor service. If I had to be like this with my clients, then I would lose my business so quickly. Just a freaking update would be amazing, ETA would be wonderful but nothing what so ever. I would not refer them to anyone. No! Not even my insurance company is impressed with them.
