Terrible service

My Toyota Prius went to them for panel beating. They ran the battery flat - a big no no on the Prius. Now they can't start the car. Six weeks later they still haven't had it repaired. Management won't take calls. No feedback - no response to calls - NO CAR.

The manager, Ferdi, just does not answer messages and is not available whenever you need to speak to him.

I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for a repairer.
