Want to buy car at bad dealership?

I bought a nissan bakkie at grandstand auto in bellville. Did not get around to licensing it on my name. Got a ticket for it. Went to ask the dealership if they still had the disk that was supposed to be on the vehicle. These two mompara's, the fat owner and his secretary was ducking and diving. Yes, I should have registered the vehicle in my name but you were still responsible for sticking disc in the window before I bought the vehicle..
Do not buy from them... they are lousy
