The Q5 Audis require Ad Blue. Every time the car needed it I had to explain to the personnel what the car requires which was not a stock item. I went to an extent of calling the head office to issue to all audis a memo to stock the item.

Today I found out by accident when i went to Audi Vereeniging that it's actually part of the service plan. All this time I have been paying for it as it was not refilled during service. The service plan allows 10L, which meant they should atleast pour 4L & give you the remainder of the 10L to replace between services.
