Bad, Poor, Atrocious, Terrible & Appalling Service

I have been a loyal customer of VW Menlyn for years but I am so angry because of the bad service I got. I took my Golf 5to service at VW Menlyn on 25 March for a general service & I reported that my car also had a fault of cutting & losing power & then not starting. I got the car back on the same day but the very next day 26 March the car broke down with the very same problem. I had paid about R2500 of my hard earned money. I reported this and the only time they could service it again was 03 April.

At this time without my car it was hard to complete my day to day tasks. It was very stressfull & deppresing for me. I took in my car on 03 April & they could not fix the problem & limited communication was given to me until 17:00 & they said they can't find the problem & will have to get the car on 04 April. I could not go to work & had to cancel meeting that I have scheduled. VW closes at 17:00, only at 17:00 was I called & still told my car is not right. Its been 2 days without my car and I am under major stress as I have meetings tomorrow again. I would just like to say to the WHOLE WORLD please dont service your car at VW Menlyn. They are bad. Mr Van Der Veen I'm Dissapionted.
