Unbelievably bad service

I would like to complain about the terrible service I have recieved from Honda SA Menlyn branch. I took my bike to them to replace a missing back footrest and my back tire ONLY, something that can be done in less than an hour (estimate. Im not a vechile technician). I left my bike there at just after 8 am this morning (04/04/2013) and told the receptionist Nadia that I only have two days in which to fix this problem, she assured me she will contact me with the price of the work and parts asap. I went back an hour later due to a lack of feedback and was again assured that she will contact me asap. I called them at just after 3pm this afternoon, still no word but Nadia told me that the parts manager has the paperwork. I still had not heard from them by 5pm. I understand that the workshop is busy with bookings and whatnot, but taking 5min to pick up a phone and call me to let me know that nothing could be done at that time wouldnt be too much to ask, would it? This isnt the first time Ive had this problem with Honda Menlyn, but it will be the last time they have my business. This shows a total lack of consideration on behalf of the customer.
