Treated badly, never going back there again

I took my car in for wheel alignment and was charged for wheel balancing which was never done. Went back to the store and was refunded, but when driving the car the alignment was not done properly as the car was still pulling to the left. Took car for test drive with the guy who does alignment and he agreed that it was not done properly. I waited for about an hour after which I complained to Alister that I had already paid if they can try and sort this out. He threw the R200 I had paid for the alignment and told me that he has other customers that were bringing in more money and that he wont waste his time on such a minor thing. And he did this in full view of other customers, telling me that he doesnt need my money.

Im appalled at the treatment I received as a paying customer at this branch, to a point I will never go back ther again.
