Bad Service from the start

I brought my 3.2 Ford xlt auto in October last year, 11 weeks I waited, promised delivery dates which kept been postponed. I've picked up problems with paint, break disk on the left, also some problems with left front suspension... I've been back and forth, on the phone with the dealership... all I've had is empty promises. Still waiting for my loan car while they take the car back to fix the issues, 3-4 weeks later... The van is good, but would consider VW now just for there service value.
