A job too small

Have just left the Northcliff branch after requesting that a set of headlights be changed only to be told the workshop is swamped & can accommodate me on the 8th April. Obviously its a task too big and was told I can wait 2hrs now if I want. I was then asked which model it is as if to see if it was worth pulling someone from the floor. Silly me, next time I'll make sure i have the Megane RS as a Clio 3 is not worth your bother. Not a single effort was made to aid me, no suggestion of using the branch on Corlett drive... nothing. Such an unhelpful service advisor. So thanks to Northcliff, I'm spending the night driving on one headlight and one parking light.
