(Pre-owned) Watercraft Yamaha VX 1100 (Jet-Ski)

I am the unfortunate customer that purchased a Yamaha VX 1100 Jet Ski from Pretoria Yamaha during the month of June 2012 and so fortunate to have it once in the water, to discover that this Jet Ski has serious electronically problems and in addition not performing to its Technical Standards and Specifications. Since then it has been brought under the attention of Pierre Fourie (My direct focal point during the sale) and has assured that the watercraft have been tested prior the official sale.(The credibility of this is clearly questioned??)

Since June 2012 the watercraft (Jet Ski) were sent back and forth from the technical department, and as of January 2013 out of total desperation, I have personally returned the watercraft to the premises to get this prolonged problem to be solved. Since then this problem could not be solved- yet again from Warning Lights, Alarms and Jet Ski performing like a 5hp Outboard.,

The Jet-Ski remains on the premises with all e-mail correspondence curly been ignored (I have paid R60 000-00 in CASH) not even so fortunate to use this item once were are now in 2013.
