Cant buy a car from VW

During the past few months I have been into and spoken to staff at Hatfield VW to purchase a car. They have promised to get back to me with their recommendations, but have not. I spoke to the Owner / Principal Dealer, Cheryl to ask why it is so difficult to purchase a car from them. She apologised and said she would look into this. I have called three times, gone into the dealership and with still no reply have given up.
