First Car Rental
ITC Default

I just received a letter from First Car Rental in which they indicate that I owe them R 104, 410 and they will notate me at the credit buraeu as a defaulter. I am furious. I never received any letter from them and also, I do not owe them anything. They have insurance for the car. They gave me a car that was unsafe, the airbags didnt even work, they tires must have been useless since it burst, so it is there car that caused the accident, not me.

I will take serious legal action if i were to be on ITC as a defaulte
