Unable to get sales people to acknowledge us

We went to the Northcliff branch on Monday morning hoping to test drive a new Terios. Howeer, after wondering aruond the floor for ten minutes and being blatantly ignored by not one but 4 sales people we walked out and went to Suxuki where we bought two new vehicles.
In one instance the sales man blatantly turned away from us, was on his cell phone and then took his cigarette around the corner.
We couldn't even find someone to complain to.
Shocking service in an industry that apparantly doesn't need any car sales at all as they can afford to totally ignore customers.
