STILL DEBITING MY ACCOUNTS

Late last year my car was having a problem and was with the mechanic for almost 5months and in this period a friend of my told me he can organise me a T voucher from Avis car rentals that all i need to do was to provide my I D, my cheque or credit card for petrol deposit and i ask how much and he told me abt 1000 or 2000 ad i said its find i can afford that... And he went ahead to get me the T voucher after i went to pick up the car from Avis with my cheque card and details, after returning the car back on the said agreed date..05 jan 2013... ever since then money have never siezed deducting from my acc, i went to my back to stop it but they couldnt help, i also phoned avis car rentals to ask they told me they can see anything from their side here..I just want to know where the problem is and they should stop decducting money from my card cos i am not renting with them...
