Major 2 Autobody Repairs
Noboby takes owners for customer service

My car has been with Major 2 Autobodies since 24 January 2012. They are totally incompetent, they never return calls or notify you when there is an issue. They do not have a clue about customer service, between themselves and Hyundai, they are blaming each other about the non delivery of parts. My car is an IX35 2010 model, I just cannot believe it takes almost a month to get parts when this is a recent model and is for sale on the dealership floors. After being reassured the parts arrived on Tuesday, my car will be ready today Friday, I call them and another part is now required, which according to them, Hyundai did not deliver correctly and according to Hyundai, they did not order correctly. They also dont inform you of this, I had to call today to check up on them. NEVER EVER take your vehicle to Major 2 Autobodies, no sense of urgency and no customer service, its not a priority to them
