On Tuesday, 18 March I made an appointment for a 70, 000km service for my Jeep Wrangler at CJD Sandown. I was informed to bring it in today, Tuesday, 26 March which I duly did. When booking it in I stated that it is for the 70, 000km service as well as asked that they check the software for the gearbox, replace the front wipers, and check the brakes.
I picked up the vehicle and paid the Amount of R4, 4428.80. On my way home the brakes felt very "sponggy". At home checking the invoice and my service book, I realised that the 70, 000km service was not performed. I believe this is VERY bad service and as it is now the umpteenth time that I received indifferent service from this organisation, I believe that I have good reason to formally complain as well as make this atrocious behaviour known to other would be clients. Using their website to send a complaint via email resulted in an error message, however it accepted a compliment. Now if this is not a typical ostrich behaviour then I don't know what is.

My previous complaint against this same organisation did not result in much as they never communicated back and eventually I found and sorted the problem with the vehicle myself.
