Bought a Hyundai Atos Prime at McCarthy Silverton on the 25th Jan 08:00 2013. Didn't received my service book or number plates when collecting the car. Ryno said that my car's got a service book and that he will arrange my new number plates. I had to follow up every week when i'm going to receive it. Every time i phone, Ryno is not avail and his colleagues are talking in circles when i want to get hold of Ryno and when i will receive my stuff. Ryno keeps on telling me that he will Currier it for me and that he is waiting for the bank to put my car on my name, then only he can give me my stuff. I'm now waiting for 2 Months and still haven't received anything. He said it takes a few months to give me my stuff and put my car on my name. I'm very unhappy and can't believe that McCarthy Silverton will do something like this.
