Unfinished workmanship

After being involved in an accident my car went to Premier Auto Refinishers on the 2010/08/10 for restoration.
According to workmanship the left steering knuckle, tie rod ball joints, wheel bearing/hub and left drive shaft etc were replaced but when I drive my car seems to be making unusual noises especially when I turn. I queried this with insurance to take it up with the workshop and still today I have not recieved any update and I ended up charging insurance for that matter. As per the technicians at Barloworld & Supaquick the there is a problem with my left steering rack, and to my knowledge I believe this problem should have been noted when my car was being fixed after the accident and when I queried it. It has been less than a 3yrs since my the car has been repaired and the factory workmanship is 3years so I believe my car is still under guarantee. Therefore, I would like this problem to be sorted out ASAP because I do not see any reason why all of a sudden there should be a problem with my left steering rack because I havent been involved in a major accident since this one and i have recently changed all my shocks and the problem still persist.
