Not satisfied with service provided

On the 21/02/13 my honda ballade reg no HGH 025 GP went in for a 240000 km service.the cv joints had to repaitred/recondtioned stabilising bush & the normal service.about 2-3 weeks later i had a bolt inthe back tyre.i took it for repairs & the guy that was attending to my car said that the suspension is not right. on 18/02/13 i phoned Honda South & told them my problem they sais i should book the car in. I called back on the 25/02/13 booked the car in for the 27/02/13. they had a look at the car & said the error was on their part the maechanic overlook the suspension & sterring rack. i was tolsd that i would cost me R2500.00 & they will not charge me for labour because the fault was their. I already paid amn amount of R6897 the first time & now again. they kept the car for a day & got the back on the 28/02/13.its like a doctor to put your life in their hand in this case the car & you expect them to check everything. My car is still not right its the car wobbles. i took the car in twice & no one called back with a follow up to see if i am satisfied or not. Please i need this problem to be solved A S A P
