Bad service on Honda 160i

I would just like to report extremely disappointing service that I received at Honda Vaal. My car is an older model Honda Ballade (1998) which I had serviced on the 5th of December 2013 at Honda Vaal. the car was due for its 360000 km service I do have a good mechanical background (just to do not have the time to service the car) and on getting the car back I inspected it and found: radiator water level below the minimum mark, power steering fluid at a critically low level, brake fluid will probably be below the minimum mark within the next month and oil totally overfilled. Not sure what to say as some of these I would expect to be inspected at a major service? Some of these mistakes are just outright dangerous. Total bill- over R4300 rand... Disappointed with the usually excellent service provided by Honda.
