REFUND & APOLOGY DEMANDED ASAP!!!

On Saturday, 27 July 2013, I refill my car at Caltex Motorland in Parow (262 Voortrekker Rd) and paid via my debit card. The petrol attendant Landiso Thulani brought the EFT machine to my car and the first attempt for payment was declined. I then received a sms on my phone from my bank that the transaction for R519.18c was successfully paid to Caltex Motorland. The petrol attendant told me, because the transaction slip is showing declined, I must make the payment inside by the cashier. I then made another payment of R519.18c via my debit card for the second time and it was successful. I received another confirmation on my cellphone, confirming that the amount of R519.18c was successfully paid to Caltex Motorland in Parow.
Later that day I came back to the cashier with my bank statement reflecting that the amount of R519.18c was paid twice to Caltex Motorland in Parow. The cashier told me that the one amount of R519.18c will be reversed, because the transaction was declined. I demanded my money back, but I was told to speak to the manager, who was not at the petrol station at the time and was finished working.
Can the owner please contact me TODAY to resolve the matter URGENTLY?
