During 2012 I purchased a new scooter motor bike for my daughter. Twice after taking / collecting the bike from routine scheduled services we had to return it for a fault (At our own cost). The first time I was accused of tampering, by Renee Ellis (on the report of the mechanic Steven) with the carburettor. After requesting to speak to confirm with the mechanic I learnt that he had been fired (Probably for incompetence)?? I was charged R640 for repairing the carburettor and replacing a spark plug (directly after a service) I paid the account after several mails to and from RCR only to keep my end clean and to see if RCR honoured their promises. Still no positive response from RCR.
The second time a pipe was found loose straight after receiving the bike back from service. Renee Ellis stated clearly that Clint would visit my daughters home to inspect the bike. 2 months later and we are still waiting!!!
Additionally I am still waiting for a replacement on the front shock cover which was an insurance claim through RCR since 2012 due to a manufacturers defect. No further response from Clint RCR has been received.
THIS IS SHOCKING SERVICE FROM A SMALL BIKE COMPANY!!
