CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR AT SQUAD CARS

Bought BMW X5 in Sept 2012, itself a replacement for a Hilux whose gear lever rattled worse than a rattlesnake. Turbo packed up in January of 2013 and when I took it to BMW Zambesi, realized that the had reversed the mileage by a whopping 88 000km!! The owner who I mistook for a nice Indian lady when I told her, asked me who had told me to take it to BMW. What cheek! I'll take my car to whomever i please for repairs. Herein is the clincher, she claims they got it like that and they had no idea! Isn't it your responsibility to check your vehicles' mechanical condition before you sell them? Well, the dimwits have told my lawyer that they are offering me a discount on the same vehicle, for real!! News flash, I will fight till you settle the vehicle. And to assume that you had a conscience! Normal business practice would have been to apologize, which is alien to you, and offer ANOTHER replacement. I would have considered it, not the insult that you offered me.
