Terrible Customer Care!

After coming from the doc my brother and I (because i was in a small car accident) went into the Avis to arrange for my rental car that is due to me via my insurance company. Once i started asking questions about what i am signing and about the insurance on the vehicle she became very rude then my brother came over to see what was happening she also gave him attitude. Then when we was inspecting the vehicle it got even worse. she never smiled and made it seem as if she is doing us a favour by doing her job. with an attitude she handed me the keys then turned her back to us and walked away. What happened to service with a smile???
