Terrible customer service from Lenasia VW

I recently received a quote from Lenasia VW for a vehicle I wished to purchase. With the price being favorable, I agreed to the quote and got the relevant finance approvals. I impressed on the Sales person at Lenasia VW that I would require the car by latest Tuesday (19/03) as I will require the car for a holiday I have planned. The salesperson said he was liaising with the dealer network and I would have the car by Tuesday latest.

I have still not received the car. The sales person never returns my calls or my emails. On three occasion he promised to call me back at a specified time and never did. I also left a message for the Sales manager to call me and he never did.

I was promised that I will receive a courtesy car today (20/03) from them to use for 2 weeks while the new car is being sourced. I am still to hear from them regarding this even after emailing the sales person.

Complaints have been logged with VW SA but this doesnt seem to help either.
