EMPTY PROMISES

Since joining V.A in Feb it has been a nightmare dealing with them. I was promised a FULL refund of my public membership premium by their sales person Mohammed when joining through multiply and to date after leaving several messages and speaking to the "sales manager" Dumisani - who also by the way just passes the buck - i still have found no joy! Instead, they refunded me R80-something Rand instead of the R379 that was PROMISED to me by their sales man. Maybe this is how they get their customers.By LYING to us! I would NEVER refer anyone to this company. Even after previously laying a complaint on hello peter, it seems as though nothing phases these people.
